Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or partially used. This ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.
We do accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition it arrived.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. Please provide photos so we can assist you quickly.
All Sales Final on Opened Products
Because our products are used directly on hair, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.
